Through enterprise education, we create a learning culture where students are engaged and provided with opportunities to identify, create, initiate, and develop essential life and work capabilities. This is accomplished through meaningful education that emphasises the real-world application and transference of skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, planning, organising and creativity.

Our enterprise education program focuses on developing entrepreneurial, life, and employment skills. The primary goal is to prepare students for life beyond school by emphasising skills essential for the future workforce, micro-business startups and community engagement. By integrating these elements into our educational framework, we ensure that students gain practical experience and are well-equipped for various post-school pathways.

Enterprise education is seamlessly embedded into our curriculum, ensuring students consistently develop the relevant skills and work capabilities for lifelong learning. We host annual events to promote and showcase student-run microbusinesses. One of the highlights of our school calendar is the Leeming SHS ESC Pop-Up Shops, where students present their entrepreneurial ventures to the community.
