At Leeming SHS ESC, our School Psychologist works three days a week as part of our Student Wellbeing Team and is committed to providing a caring and supportive environment for all students.

School psychologists support students to maximise engagement and wellbeing at school through a combination of evidence-based preventative and responsive services. Services may be delivered directly with students or through consultation and collaboration with staff, families, and agency partners in areas of:

• Behaviour management
• Learning
• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• Emergency and Critical Incident Management
• Organisational development, including Professional Learning for school staff, parents and caregivers.

Referrals to the School Psychology Service are made through the Leeming SHS ESC Administration Team and require formal parental consent before involvement can occur. If you require further information, please consult with your child’s teacher or Deputy Principal.
